Help Wanted, Volunteer Opportunities
If you are able to donate your time and talents for even one day or several, here are some opportunities to help The Friends of Edgar Evins State Park, Inc., the park, and the community.

ARTISTS of all ages to design and paint murals on 11 existing sign boards in park. We will furnish the supplies. When? Starting Spring 2010 |

SCRIPT WRITERS for local historical events to be used by amateur actors and actresses at the History Hayride in October |
|
ACTORS and ACTRESSES for History Hayride in October. Some experience helpful. |
|
TRAIL WORKERS. Helping with trail building, trail maintenance at the park . No experience necessary, we will train. If you are able to do yard work you can do this. |
|
INVASIVE PLANT SPECIES REMOVERS. Help eliminate invasive plants that threaten the beauty of the park. Training available. |
|
GRANT WRITERS, some experience or training needed. |
|
REPORTER TO GIRL SCOUT ACTIVITIES WEBSITE, would submit upcoming events to Girl Scout website periodically and as needed. Some Girls Scout experience helpful. |
